Old school rock and roll is the theme for the debut solo album of rock and roll guitarist Tom Guerra. For the past 15 years, Tom been the guitarist, producer and songwriter with the indie rock and roll trio Mambo Sons, releasing 4 critically acclaimed cds on Omnicide Records. Their final album, the double CD effort 'Heavy Days' was called 'Best Rock and Roll album of the year by Cleveland's Rock and Roll Report. Also, Tom has been a contributing writer for Vintage Guitar for the past 16 years and is a fan of all things guitar. The new CD is a collection of 11 new guitar based rock and roll originals recorded using a fine collection of vintage instruments and amps. The album also features special guests Morgan Fisher (Mott the Hoople, Queen) and Matt Zeiner (Dickey Betts Band) on keyboards. Check it out!
