Astor Piazzolla meets Ennio Morricone on this Tango flavored album with a spaghetti western twist. What a breath of fresh air to hear traditional Tango piping through the speakers in between the likes of Fantomas and Isis. A 15 person ensemble make up Julian Curwin's Tango Saloon and play everything from accordian to tuba. Also features Danny Heifitz from Mr. Bungle on drums and percussion.
