YES本家に限りなく近づこうという姿勢が本人たちにあったかどうかは別として（Styxも露骨にその傾向がある曲[Foolin’ yourself]があるので）壮大かつアメリカンテイストの空間的音作りは、この頃のEpicモノならでは。ロックが生きていた貴重な70年代末の記録である。無駄なものを廃し、プログレのかっこよさを前面にだした結果、成功した事例だと思う。ダイナミズムなら本家以上かもしれない。ともあれ、廃盤になる前に聴く用に1枚、保存用に1枚、計2枚を購入すべし。

確にﾊﾞﾁ物ｲｴｽ風だけど､実はｲｴｽﾐｭｰｼﾞｯｸをもっと昇華させたﾓﾉでは?｡ﾋﾞﾘｰ･ｼｬｰｳｯﾄﾞの｢No,Comment｣同様､本家とは違うﾍﾞｸﾄﾙで進化したｻﾝﾌﾟﾙとして捉えられると思う｡2作目と比べて､このｱﾙﾊﾞﾑはﾁｮｯと散漫な印象あるけどね｡
