Shadows Fall will release their highly anticipated label debut, THREADS OF LIFE, this spring. Produced by Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Rush, Stone Sour), the album showcases the virtuosic musicianship and aggressive yet melodic sound that the band is known for. Based in Springfield, Massachusetts, Shadows Fall first garnered attention from the underground metal scene with their first three releases, SOMBER EYES TO THE SKY, OF ONE BLOOD, and THE ART OF BALANCE. Known for their unrelenting live performances, they have toured with a diverse array of artists, among them Slipknot, Damageplan, Misfits, Lamb of God, in Flames, Killswitch Engage and Glassjaw. The group's 2004 breakthrough album, THE WAR WITHIN, not only debuted at #20 on the Billboard 200 chart but also earned the group a Grammy nomination for Best Metal Performance and secured them a spot on Ozzfest's 2005 main stage.
