確かに全盛期の熱狂を伝える記録としては良い作品だと思う。だが、音が全体に軽い。特にドラム。チューニングのせいかもしれないが、スネアが弱い。purpleのin japanや白蛇のin the heart of the cityなどと比べると臨場感、迫力に欠ける。目の前で演奏しているというよりも、スタジオで録ったものに歓声を付け足したように聞こえなくもない。全体にリバーブがかかっている（？）オーバープロデュースのせいかな？

80年代半ばの大躍進した時代の彼らのライブで、選曲がいいと思います。曲の素晴らしさと、クラウスのボーカルの迫力を感じます。

85年発表｡『Love At First Sting』での全米制覇直後に出たまさに絶頂期のﾗｲｳﾞｱﾙﾊﾞﾑです。Gのﾏﾃｨｱｽﾔﾌﾟｽいわくﾄﾞｲﾂ人と日本人のﾒﾛﾃﾞｨｰのﾂﾎﾞって似たところがあるみたいですね。なんてったって『荒城の月』をLIVEで演奏するぐらいですから(笑) 日本人の琴線に触れる哀愁帯びたﾒﾛﾃﾞｨｰに日本の演歌的なものを感じる人も多いんじゃないかな。ﾋｯﾄ曲のｵﾝﾊﾟﾚｰﾄﾞですが⑧⑨⑩は特に圧巻の出来！
