The Running Jumps are an explosion of elastic pop history. January 2012 saw their formation and premiere performance. Joel Martin is the lead singer, guitarist and songwriter. Dave Johnstone (drums), Sid Jordan (bass) and Todd McDearman (gtr, keys) have been fixtures on the LA music scene. Together, they create a sound that is current, vintage and futuristic all in the same breath. The band's debut record is on Joel's Arc Of Noise label.
