ポップ・グループから派生したポスト・パンク・バンド、リップ・リグ・アンド・パニック（Rip Rig ＋ Panic）。1981年から1983年までの活動期間に残したスタジオ・アルバム3タイトルがボーナス・トラックを追加したリマスター盤で再発。いずれもオリジナルマスターテープからのリマスタリングでアルバム未収録曲をボーナス・トラックとして追加。

リリース直後、ほぼ同メンバーでフロート・アップ・CP（FLOAT UP CP）へと変容していく、1983年グループとしてのラスト作。成熟したネナ・チェリーのヴォーカルも相俟って、混沌を抜け出したある種の洗練性、のちのUKソウル、ブリストル・サウンドなどの萌芽へと連なっていく道筋が見えてきそう。ロフト・ジャズ・パンク傑作「Beat The Beast」の12インチ・ヴァージョンや、ラスト・シングル「Do The Tightrope」とそのカップリング未収録曲「Blip This Jig It's Shamanic」などをボーナス・トラックとして追加。
