メジャー・レーベルのサイアーからのリリースとなった85年発表のリプレイスメンツ4thアルバム。それが影響してか初期のハスカー・ドゥからの影響が色濃いハードコア色はかなり影を薄め、パール・ウェスターバーグのソング・ライティングの巧さが全面に押し出された作品となった。個人的には今で言うグリーン・デイやゲット・アップ・キッズの存在に最も近しい存在であったと言えると思う。
