ランディ・ローズは、クワイエット・ライオットにおいて1977年から1979年の2年間に22回のライヴを行った。その中で1979年10月26日、地元ロサンゼルスのウェスト・ハリウッドにあるライヴ・ハウス”The Starwood”で行われたギグはローカル・テレビ局の番組として収録・放送される。この放送時の音源を使用してのリリース。ギター・ソロやドラム・ソロでは粗削りながらもパワフルなハード・ロック・サウンドを披露、この時点でランディ・ローズはオリジナリティを強く感じさせるギター・ソロを随所で聴かせる。ちなみにベースは後にオジー・オズボーン・バンド〜ホワイトスネイク〜ディオに参加するルディ・サーゾ。ランディ・ローズのファンにとっては貴重なアーカイヴの登場だ！
