本作ではPlaid本来のエレクトロのアプロー...

本作ではPlaid本来のエレクトロのアプローチは変わらず、若干、インダストリアル風な重めなビートも意識している。DnBのカオスへ向かう激しさが曲の後半で多々見て取れるのも印象的。ただ、どこかノスタルジックなメロディーの片鱗や、牧歌的なアトモスフィアは相変わらずで、アコースティックギターの味付けがところどころにあるのが、おもしろい。ただ、それはJohn Beltranのセンチメンタルというのではなく、やはりNew Orderの方向性に近いのが、Plaidらしい。Tr.6のジプシー音楽的なアプローチはおもしろいので、一聴の価値あり。
