Pablo Held and his musical partners take Interaction as literally as possible. They radically do away with pre-set ideas or arrangements: everything is open - and the results are remarkable. Here is a theater of sound that has the strength to pull the listener in, and never betrays what comes next. Each composition travels through a unique landscape. With a sense of the subtle and understated, events are gradually transformed, space is extended, themes magnetically attract new musical fragments. Out of the quiet moments, bit by bit, there develops an enormous musical coherence - and in the end, it has all the qualities of a masterpiece of collective spontaneous composition.
