オリバー・ネルソン (Oliver Edward Nelson 1932年6月4日～1975年10月28日）はアメリカ合衆国ミズーリ州セントルイス生まれのジャズサックス・クラリネット奏者、アレンジャー、作曲家。アルバムは1960年の録音で意外にスタンダード過ぎて肩透かし、でもブルース色があっておいしい。一人一人がガッツリ骨のあるミュージシャン集まり、ここらが流石オリバー・ネルソン。
