2024年7月にリリースされたアルバム『Rejoice』に収録の「Subtitle」、「SOULSOUP」、「Sharon」、などに加え、TVアニメ『アオのハコ』第1期オープニング主題歌「Same Blue」や、ライブの人気定番曲である「宿命」、「Stand By You」など全19曲が収録される。

本作はBlu-ray盤とDVD(2DVD)盤とCD Only(2CD)盤の3形態でのリリースとなっており、全形態が特殊パッケージ仕様となっている。

Blu-ray盤とDVD(2DVD)盤には全19曲のライブ映像と、「Behind The Scenes from Official髭男dism Arena Tour 2024 - Rejoice -」が収録されるほか、60ページに渡るブックレットが付属する。
