2008年結成。東京都で活動中のVo/Gt. Smith Vo/Gt. Kenny Ba/Cho. Ton Dr/Cho. Geruによるツインボーカル、ツインギターの四人組。2011年に自主ミニアルバムnight and dayを発表。レコ発では2ヶ月で40本ものツアーを敢行。CD売上はライブ会場だけで、現在2000枚を突破。そのnight and dayをリレコーディングし、完全新曲を含め4曲を新たに追加した完全版がついに全国リリース！ 詞、曲、アートワークを自らで監修したこだわりのの一枚、聴いた者の心や、体、日常の光と影を表現した、彼らにしか出来ない、リアルな音を詰め込んだ一枚。
