「Lovin’You」でおなじみ、永遠の“パーフェクト・エンジェル”ミニー・リパートンの生前最後のアルバムをカップリングした盤。もともとヒットを狙ったポップ･ソウルを歌う人ではありませんが、『妖精の部屋』収録の「スティック・トゥゲザー」はほんのりディスコにすり寄ったキャッチーなダンス・ナンバー。フレディ・ペレンのファンキーなサウンドをバックに、お得意の超高音域ヴォーカルも聴かせてアルバムのハイライトにもなっています。「Lovin〜」の“小鳥のさえずるような”ヴォーカルだけじゃない、彼女のもっとソウルフルな面も披露した好盤だと思います。
