ｳﾞｧﾝ･ﾏｯｺｲと組んだ70年代中期、そしてアーバン・ファンク色を強めR&Bヒットを連発した80年代のふたつのピークの間で、ディスコ・ブームの嵐吹き荒れる中放った、これまで注目度の低かったアルバム。ビージーズ作の「ユー・ステップト～」がやはり最高でついつい一緒に口ずさんでしまいます。もうひとつのディスコ・ヒット「あなたと踊りたい」はややありきたりですが他はじっくりヴォーカルを楽しめる曲が並び、よくまとまったソウル・アルバムだと思います。
