DISC 1はアルバム本編。DISC 2には、1987年〜1990年のライヴデモを含むデモ音源4種、全16曲を収録。

全曲聴いた印象はスラッシュメタルに近いデスメタル。 スレイヤーからの影響が濃厚なアルバムだと思う。 演奏はギター、ベース、ドラム共に強力にテクニック全開 であるので、聴いていて気持ちいい。 Malevolent Creationのアルバムの中で一押しするなら、 このアルバムが一番カッコいい。 ブレットの咆哮も、この1stが一番ハマっている気がするのである。 とにかくカッコいいのでお薦め！！
