James Taylor実弟Livingston Taylor、6枚目”Man’s Best Friend”邦題”ベスト・フレンド”。前々作”Three Way Mirror”邦題”三面鏡”からAORへシフトし、本作でも踏襲している。（初期はFolk) プロデュ－スをJohn Boylan / Jeff Baxterのウエストコ－スト系ミュ－ジシャンを起用した。(前々回はAORの重鎮Nick De Caro) Orleans、②”Dance With Me”、Martha Reeves ＆ The Vandellas、⑥”Dancing In The Street”、Randy Newman、⑩”Marie”の3曲カヴァ－を収録。又、彼のキャリア2枚目のTop40ヒット③”First Time Love”(80 Pop#38) も本作収録。
