Laurie Allynの唯一の音源。 MODEに録音したが会社が倒産したため未発表に終わったものの初CD化。 他のModeの白人女性ジャズシンガーと似ています。 買うなら国内盤ジャケットがおすすめです。

This recording is an absolute treasure. Recorded October 1957 one week before Mode Records went out of business, this marvelous debut recording featuring Marty Paich arrangements sat unissued in the vault for the past 46 years until now. The music and the recording is radiant, sparkling and sublime. The music is fresh, heartfelt, sincere and warm and definitely worth waiting for!
