ベスト・オブ・フレンズ名義でのアルバム『デイブレイク』で知られるデュオ、ジョー・アンド・ビングの76年のアルバム。
本作は、ドン・カーシュナーのバックアップで、プロデュースは、「ライオンは寝ている」(61年)のヒットで知られるブルックリン出身のドゥーワップ・ヴォーカル・グループ、トーケンズの3人、ジェイ・シーゲル、ミッチ・マーゴ、フィル・マーゴ（３人は73年にクロス・カントリー名義で本作のプロトタイプともいうべき唯一のアルバムをリリース）が担当。アコースティック・ギター/ヴォーカルのＪ＆Ｂを支えるのは、エリオット・ランドール（エレクトリック・ギター）、ウィル・リー（ベース）、ジェイ・レオンハート（ベース）、スティーヴ・ガッド（ドラムス）、デイヴ・サンボーン（サックス）、エリック・ワイズバーグ（ペダル・スティール、フィドル）、ジム・マーレン（パーカッション）他。ファーストを特徴づけていたサウダージ感は後退したが、トーケンズ直伝のモダンなヴォーカル・アレンジによる、ウェルメイドなポップ・ヴォーカル・アルバムとしての完成度は高い。
