現代音楽的なシンフォニックサウンドを演奏するスウェーデンのバンドとマリリオンのスティーヴ・ホガースのコラボ作です。とても意外な組み合わせなので、発表されたときは驚かされました。楽曲はすべて共作とのことで、Isildurs Baneのシリアスなサウンドとホガース（マリリオン的な）の要素が溶け合って、意外にも納得できるものでした。
