First Noel

ベイルート出身で現在はフランスで活躍、父親の開発した微分音(四分音)トランペットを操るイブラヒム・マーロフのクリスマス・アルバム。メロディはマーロフのトランペットがメインとなり、アコースティック・ギターとピアノ、歌詞の無いヴォカリーズで歌う女声コーラスがこれを支えている。よく知られた曲にも凝ったアレンジがなされており、美しい中に意外性も感じられ楽しめるアルバム。ポストカードが同梱されたBOX仕様。
