Deluxe two CD edition features highlights from the Super Deluxe Edition with the album newly remastered for the first time ever, selections of B-sides and EP tracks, and seven unreleased recordings from the 1986 Sound City Session, Move To The City (1988 Acoustic Version) from the GNR Lies session and Shadow Of Your Love from the November 1986 first ever recording session with the albums producer Mike Clink. Appetite for Destruction is the debut studio album from hard rockers Guns N' Roses. The album was originally released in 1987, by Geffen Records to massive commercial success. It topped the Billboard 200 and became the best-selling debut album as well as the 11th best-selling album in the United States. With about 30 million copies sold worldwide, it is also one of the best-selling records of all time.

これ程までに完璧なデビューアルバムというのも珍しいと思います。名曲揃いの名盤です。SHM-CD仕様で買い直したところ、その直後にリマスター盤のリリースが発表されました。なんてタイミングだ！いずれ、また買い直します…。

８７年発表の、ガンズ・アンド・ローゼズの１stアルバムにして、全米１位も獲得した作品で、今でも、彼らの最高傑作と言われることの多い作品 サウンドの方は、いわゆるＬＡメタルを核としながらも、パンクの要素も含み、スラッシュとは違った意味で、暴力性に飛んでいて、聞いていると、アドレナリンの出るサウンドになっています といいつつ、全米１位を獲得したシングルを含むなど、楽曲の良さもあります 1曲目と9曲目が特に素晴らしい

今更、GN’Rのデビューアルバムのレビュー...

今更、GN’Rのデビューアルバムのレビューなんて・・・。と思ったけど、前回発売されていた、SHM-CDフォーマット音源と似て非なるアルバムに仕上がった。普通にデビュー当時買った時のあの衝撃を受けたアルバムそのもの。それを時代に追いつかせた感じでリマスターして出しちゃった！！前回までのSHM-CDフォーマットはクリアに音源をするあまり、音源のレンジが相当変わって聴いたときに少し違和感を抱いた。しかしこの度のリマスター盤は、オリジナルステレオ・アナログ・マスターテープからのリマスタリング。そう原音相当する。こんな素晴らしい事はない。また組み２枚目には、あのいわくつきのEP「ライヴ・フロム・ザ・ジャングル」の音源もすべて収録。こちらも素晴らしい出来だ！！私はこのアルバムを購入して「ライヴ・フロム・ザ・ジャングル」は某オークションで高値で売っっぱらった。廃盤の価値感より、持つものは最高に優れたものに限る。この２CDも限定盤。いずれは廃盤になるだろう。ガンナーズのファンを名乗るのなら最高の彼らの音源を持つこと、聴くこと！！８０年代のあの時の衝撃を２０１８年まで引っ張り上げた最高のアルバムでハードロック魂に火をつけよう！！買って絶対文句なし。反対に今までのリマスターは何だったんだ？
