GREASE HELMETはアンディ他、現AMORPHISのニクラス・エテレヴォリ(b)とヤン・レックベルガー(ds)、AMORALのベン・ヴァロン、そして、無名ながら良い声質を持ったシンガー、イェレ・ガルシアというラインナップで構成されている。全員フィンランド人。また、ゲスト・ミュージシャンとして、HANOI ROCKSのライヴでもプレイしていたパテ・キヴィネン(key)が全編でキーボードをプレイし、現AMORPHISのサンテリ・カリオ(key)が、“Second Try”にてピアノを披露。

日本盤ボーナス・トラックは、DEEP PURPLEの“Speed King”と、THIN LIZZYの“The Rocker”の名曲カヴァーを収録。

I’ve now listened the album many times ...

I’ve now listened the album many times through and can honestly state that it’s a pure classic, it’s rock’n’roll from the first second to the last. Every song keeps getting better and better on every listening. On the album there is many great guitar riffs ＆ solos and all in all Andy’s playing is more than razor-sharp.
