The long anticipated song by Granger Smith is now released. We Bleed Maroon, the ballad that has taken the Aggie Network by force is available for purchase on a 5 song CD with a bonus live at the Texas Hall of Fame recording of Mockingbird Rd. Proceeds from the album go to the We Bleed Maroon Scholarship Fund. Roger Garrett, esteemed program director at 98.3FM KORA in College Station remarked, In all of my years in radio, no song has captured an audience so quickly and so emotionally as We Bleed Maroon. Others have said, A beautiful tribute to a great University. What memories came flooding in! A definite must hear for every Aggie. This is absolutely amazing. It's so hard to explain these things to people that aren't a part of this place...this town...this school...this tradition...this spirit. I'm in awe! It makes me proud to be where I am, engulfed in all that is Texas A&M. This is truly a wonderful song! It captures what can't be explained from the inside. This is one of the best songs I've ever heard. It describes a feeling that is only felt when you have experienced being an Aggie. I heard this at work and it made me cry at my desk. Every word of this song reflects every memory I have of that place. I am at a loss for words. It captured my days at A&M to the T!
