Digitally remastered and expanded edition of the legendary 1972 debut album from this British Prog Rock band. Gnidrolog was originally formed in 1969 and recorded their first album for RCA Records in November 1971. Featuring a lineup of Colin Goldring (lead vocals, guitars, recorder, tenor sax, horn, harmonica), Stewart Goldring (lead guitar, vocals), Peter Mars Cowling (bass, cello) and Nigel Pegrum (percussion, flute, oboe, piano), the band's debut was a mixture of Progressive styles which saw the band compared by critics to co-horts such as Gentle Giant and Van Der Graaf Generator. Although failing to sell in huge quantities, Gnidrolog's status has grown over the years with their original vinyl albums reaching huge sums among collectors. Esoteric.
