All The Glory

From the snowy hills of Virginia comes the warm heartfelt worship ministry of Michael Eldridge Thornton Sr. Singing the Praises of Jesus Christ is what I've always wanted to do. I have been singing since I was a little child and can remember my Mom and Dad taking me to choir rehearsal with them. I realized at a real young age that music was the thing that God gave me personally as an assignment to bring Him Glory. I am a native of New Orleans La. post hurricane Katrina and have performed with such vocal greats as Dr. Mattie Moss Clark, Rev. James Moore, Bishop Paul S. Morton, Beverly Crawford and Vanessa Bell Armstrong. In 1993 I was honored as a trend setter by The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Foundations for my contributions to Praise and Worship in the city of New Orleans. While I was in New Orleans I was heard daily on one of New Orleans' most popular radio stations K-75 as Airminister Michael Thornton. To my credit I have interviewed such greats as Ann Nesby, Broderick E. Rice, Blessed, Witness, and Rance Allen. I have also personally traveled around the country and abroad sharing the message of Jesus Christ in such far away places as Rome Italy, Orvieto, Milan, and Trinidad Tobago. I currently serve as the Minister of Music for the New Life Ministries International and the International Community of Christian Churches. My current recording project is called All the Glory. This entire recording talk's about my personal experiences and makes the bold statement, What the King has declared it is so. Also on this project I have written a song entitled Holy unto You which talks about prayerfully walking with God. How can I say thank You? moves into really thinking about how blessed we really are even though many of us don't realize it. All the Glory is my third project, I have recorded two other projects; He Reigns which features the New Life Anointed ministries Mass Choir and Tribe of Judah, and In Your Presence Lord which was my freshmen project. It is my mission to bring multiplied thousands into the authentic presence of Jesus Christ through the power of Prayer, Praise and Worship.
