Members of the band: Angelo Toor, guitar. Jamal Thomas, drums. Eric Calmes, bass. Henne Reijs, keyboards. Justus Dolleman, sax. Gerrad Kleijn, trumpet. Britt Lenting, vocals. Dutch Groove is a producers duo: Laurens Gischler and Justus Dolleman. This is our first CD. We are extremely happy with the musicians on this CD. At the last minute we convinced drummer Jamal Thomas to participate. He is an absolute grandmaster. Hopefully he will join the possible live performances as well. A big part of the tracks were recorded on the Oudezijds Achterburgwal in Amsterdam. Right in the middle of the red light district. The drums were recorded in Belgium. The bass tracks were recorded in Suriname.
