04年、パンテラ時代の盟友ダイムバック.ダレルの死、05年、フィルの愛する街ニューオリンズがハリケーン.カトリーナにより被害を受け、失意のドン底から立ち上がり復活をとげた通算3作目！！もともと「パンテラ崩壊」のキッカケとなった、いわく付きのプロジェクトだけに、サウンドの方もサバス直系の呪術的でﾄﾞｩｰﾐｰなサウンドが全体を支配している！！パンテラの様なサウンドは本作には皆無に等しいが、フィルの違う側面が垣間見れる好盤！！全サバスファン必聴の作品である！！！
