Demolition Kings

The Demolition Kings are located in the greater Seattle Washington area. Influenced by anything that's got attitude and swagger. 70's Glam, Punk and Garage Rock, if you're a fan of anything from The Sex Pistols to Guns & Roses you'll probably feel right at home with their brand of good timer wreck and roll. Formed in 2010 by Seattle music vet's Sean Burnell (guitar) and Mike Ditmore (drums) as a way to kill time and kick around Sean's many song ideas (what he fondly referred to as gloriously sh***y rock and roll) quickly morphed into a band with bassist Daniel Macellari. After a couple of shows and lineup changes the guys secured Spot (guitar) and David B Eronemo (vocals). With a solid unit complete they set to getting their live chops down at various clubs around the area. During the spring of 2011, they began recording what would end up being their first self-titled full-length release with Ancient Warlocks drummer Steve Jones at his studio Big Sound Productions. If this album has a live feel, it's because it was for the most part. This is how it was done with so many of our favorite recordings. A bunch of guys bring their gear into a room and play....while looking at each other. There are minimal overdubs and yes Gracie...we recorded it on tape.....an analog slap in the face in the digital age.
