オランダのコンポーザー・ピアニストTheo Bruinsの貴重なライブ録音（1974年2月）。ヒンデミット「ピアノ・ソナタ第3番」に始まり、ベルク「ピアノ・ソナタ」、シェーンベルク「five piano pieces」を経て、ベリオ「Sequenza Ⅳ」、ドビュッシー「映像」から〈水の反映〉〈ラモーを讃えて〉〈動き〉〈金魚〉と続き、プーランク「Pastourelle」で終幕。息を潜めて音の動きを見守る。
