Age Is Just A Number

Now that I'm a senior citizen I regard each day of my life as an individual experience. Every moment is precious. Every word is sincere and every feeling is the best I've ever had in all my life. I am lucky enough to have reached this point and discover that the process of maturing increases the importance of true love and the pursuit of happiness. I have enjoyed the art of laughter and humor from day one and it is still a major part of what makes me tick. Good fortune came my way, not once, but many times as the years flew by. As a songwriter, not only did I share space and friendships with thousands of other songwriters, artists and performers, but I was privileged enough to have experienced success that led to my induction into the Songwriters Hall Of Fame (NAPM). My ability to giggle at the world around me is reflected in the songs presented on this CD. Creating and producing this collection has given me great pleasure. It is my hope that when you listen to these songs you can smile along with me. And now for a thank you moment...... To my wife Carol, who is my everything bagel. Without her, none of this would have been possible. In addition to sharing my heart, my soul and my emotions, she has become my constant collaborator in songwriting, graphic design and production. I am blessed. To my Alabama buddies, starting with Roger Sovine. I am forever indebted to him and his wife Shirley for their friendship. His contributions as a songwriter and musician.....to not only this project, but to many others......and to my life as a whole have been invaluable. To the very talented and funny Trop Rock award winner Brent Burns, who has been a glowing inspiration to write with and share laughter. And to my new friend Dave Stype, like a breath of fresh air, for adding his musical talents.
