Henosis

Something inherently foul appears to run in the waters of the Friesland region of the Netherlands. After having spawned an offspring bearing the name de Magia Veterum, another creature emerged of a similar nature, but in a different manifestation. The Beast of the Apocalypse takes the torch of veteran Black Metal bands Beherit, Samael and Arch goat and carries it proudly in these dark times of the new millennium. The Beast of the Apocalypse is back with a second abomination of dark mystical metal, seeking and exploring the realm of the One, the Source, the Ultimate, that which the ancients called HENOSIS. H.T. Mozes and S. Serpentijn's, raw-to-the-bone, primitive Black Metal is once again displayed full-force on Henosis, crowned with passages of grandiose, celestial ambiance. On this sophomore album, The Beast of the Apocalypse digs deeper in the soil of past cults and ancient mystics' interpretation of the mystery of HENOSIS.
