「Ａ　ＬＯＮＧ　ＶＡＣＡＴＩＯＮ」と並ぶ故大滝詠一氏の傑作アルバム。大滝氏本人が「Ａ　ＬＯＮＧ　ＶＡＣＡＴＩＯＮ」がＡ面で本作がＢ面と語っていた通り前作の続篇的な内容のアルバムです。収録曲は前作同様に全９曲（私が所持しているのはオリジナル盤）捨て曲無しの佳曲揃いで、中でも収録曲８は絶品です。但し残念ながら本作と２０周年記念盤も含めオリジナル盤とは曲順を変更して２曲を追加又はカットしたりして再発売をしています。また収録曲１０のエンディングは殆どフェードアウトするヴァージョンになっており、これは大滝氏の様々な意向の理由で組まれていたエンディングだった為にカットされたとの事です。出来ればオリジナルの曲順で１０は大エンディング・ヴァージョンで、そして収録曲２と１１はボーナストラックとして全１１曲の一枚もので再発売していただければ嬉しい限りです。
