    「赤毛のアン」ファンである母の誕生日プレゼントとして購入しました。 この島への旅行経験がある母にとっては、その当時の情景を思い出させてくれるということでも喜んでいましたが、それだけではなく、当時自分が見た風景とはまた違ったとらえ方による美しい写真が散りばめられている、この宝石箱のような作品集に大変感動しておりました。 単に「アン」のファンというだけでなく、吉村氏の手による珠玉の作品にすっかり魅了されたようですので、次の機会には、氏の別の写真集をプレゼントしてみようかと思っています。
