2014年の音楽祭の幕開けはこのタンホイザー...

2014年の音楽祭の幕開けはこのタンホイザーでした。デュッセルドルフのラインドイツオペラの音楽監督のコーバーが振るので、デュッセルドルフ在住の者としては応援せざるを得ない。ところが、初日の舞台で装置が故障してしまい、1時間に亘り演奏が中断。修理のため我々聴衆は劇場から出されてしまった前代未聞の事態も、今となっては良き思い出である。初日終演後のレセプションで聴衆から大喝采を受けたコーバーを誇らしく思った。
