レヴァイン＆メトのワーグナーは不当な評価...

レヴァイン＆メトのワーグナーは不当な評価が多いように思います。この演奏もとってもリリカルで、トリスタンの一側面をわからせてくれます。第二幕の二重唱など、とってもしっとりと歌っていて感動的。ベームの火噴き爆演とは対照的と言えましょう。でも、第三幕はこの演奏も大いに迫力あります。演奏面はとってもよし。映像がちょっとねぇという感じ。魅力のない演出と美術。到底若い恋人たちというイメージに合わない、ほぼ球に近い体型の主役二人（肉体ペアルックとしてはあってますが）。でも、演奏がいいから許す！！
