これほど「ロメオとジュリエット」を美しく、面白く演奏したものはない。 世界一の名盤です。 元々アバドはプロコフィエフを初めチャイコフスキーやムソルグスキーなどロシア物が得意なので、最初買った当初から期待通りでした。 アバドのセンス、ベルリンフィルのカラヤン時代とは比べようが無いフレキシブルな演奏。これを１００点と評価すると、ゲルギエフ盤なんて２点ぐらいです。
