The Go hail from Detroit with musical influences such as the Mothers, the Fugs, the Deviants, and the Rolling Stones. All their songs are pretty much about rock-n-roll and sex. Besides the teen-appeal and general rock superiority, the Go have somehow captured the feeling of the back seat of a 1971 Chevy Nova, the sound of Bic lighters, the feeling of velour and the smell of Dr. Pepper and leather, and mixed it all up with the uneasy twitching of love and lust.

このバンドははっきり言ってかっこいい。このアルバムにはジャックホワイトがギター＆バックコーラスとしてプレーしている事もあり、ホワイトストライプス好きなら、絶対気に入る作品だと思います。ジャックがいるから気に入るのではなく、このアルバム自体とてもエネルギッシュで、渋く、かっこいい。もちろんジャックのギタープレーは最高に目立ってます。聞いてみてください。
