昭和50年夏、初優勝目指して快進撃を続ける広島東洋カープを後押しする応援歌が生まれました。以来、広島の子ども達は、幼い頃からこの歌を耳にして育ってきました。今では、野球の応援歌を超えて、広島の歌としても親しまれている「それ行けカープ」。球団創立60周年、新球場…話題溢れる年に、復刻CD化するなんて奇跡です。またこのCDの凄いところは、「勝て勝てカープ」そして「燃える赤ヘル僕らのカープ」、カープファンにとっては必聴とも言える３曲が収められていること。ファンにとっては、絶対買い！の一枚ではないでしょうか…。初優勝時にレコード発売され、未CD化だった「カープ讃歌」「ヴィクトリーカープ」もオールドファンにとっては懐かしく感じるのでは？
