    従来から人気のある宅建士テキストの一冊です。個人的には、もう少し丁寧な説明があった方が良い気がしましたが、覚えやすさ重視のユーザーには人気が高いようです。とくに、板書みたいな図は好みが分かれると思います。

    書いてあることが、とても覚えやすい上に親しみやすさも感じるので、学習を始める際に、心理的に敷居が低く構えずに読み進めます。お勧めです。
