    リレイヤーは危機の次に好きなアルバムです。やっぱり、イエスの曲はキーボードが幅をきかせた方がすばらしいと思います。パトリック・モラーツにもっと在籍していてほしかったなァ。

    本作を最後に大作主義が終わるが…発売当初は「海洋地形学」の次の作品と言う事もあり興味深く聴いた。私は20代になったばかりだった…ジャケットの素晴らしさもあり「聴いてやろうじゃないか！」と気構えた記憶がある。当時ミュージックライフ誌でも音と音の狭間で煮詰まった箇所もある？と指摘されていたが…モラーツのプレイも悪くなくファンの中でも好意的だった記憶がある。SHM-CDに関しては様々な意見があるがデジタル最前線の音には違いない。テクノロジー自体の違うSACDに及ばないが…ミニコンポあたりでは良く聞こえるはずだ。
