The Phil Smee-designed sleeve has such a classic period look that you would swear it came out at the time. the CD has a different cover shot - one not seen before - and a comprehensive sleeve note by Shindig's Jon Mojo Mills based on interviews with Wheels lead singer Rod Demick Road Block by the Wheels is one of the all-time great (and expensive) freakbeat /garage 45s. The Wheels were contemporaries of Thems lead singer Van Morrison who almost joined the band several times.
