亡くなってしまい、すっかり忘れ去られた人かとがっかりしてたけど、さすがライノ！　不器用・無骨な故に全然ブレイクしなかった彼ですが、音楽は一本筋が通っていてなかなかのもの。ハードボイルドではあるけど、繊細な心が染みてくるいい作品でしょう。今回の発売は、ファンとしては涙が出るくらい嬉しいな。

日本での知名度は低く、母国アメリカでも決して成功してるとは思えないウォーレン・ジボンですが、このアルバムは彼のデビュー作にして最高傑作です。特に４、７、９などは名曲じゃぁないでしょうか？６、１１も壮大で素晴らしい！ジャクソン・ブラウンが全面的にバックアップ。他にグレン・フライ、スティービー・ニックス、ビーチ・ボーイズのメンバー等々、ウエスト・コーストのアーティスト達がこの名盤に華を添えています。
