1992年、多発性硬化症と診断されたシンガーソングライター、ビクトリア・ウィリアムズの医療費のために多数のミュージシャンが集まりベネフィット・コンサートが開催された。
その後彼女の曲をカバーしたアルバムが、パール・ジャム、ルー・リード、ソウル・アサイラム、ザ・ジェイホークス、ジャイアント・サンド等の参加により発表された。アルバムの収益の一部は、彼女の手によって設立された「スウィート・リリーフ・ミュージシャン基金」に送られ、同じ病気に苦しむミュージシャンの医療費に当てられる事となった。
このアルバムが今回初めてアナログ化される。
