1975年結成〜80年代に北米で絶大な人気を誇ったカナダのハード・ロック・バンド、TRIUMPH！1987年にアルバム『Surveillance 』発表したが翌'88年にギター＆ヴォーカルのRik Emmettが脱退！後任にPhil Xenidis (Phil-X)を迎えて10枚目のアルバム『Edge of Excess』を'93年に発表するがバンドは解散した！そのTRIUMPHが2008年にRik Emmettを含むラインナップで再結成してスウェーデン・ロック・フェスティヴァルに出演！本作はその歴史的ライヴを収録！

正直、あまり期待していなかったのですが、...

正直、あまり期待していなかったのですが、やはり良い曲を持った人達は強いと実感しました。謝ります。御免なさい。当然年齢を感じる部分(Rickの声域etc)はあるものの、それを補ってあまりある名曲の数々。2nd　guitarも正解だと感じました。新譜作りません？
