Lady Gagaの実力は認める。あのカリスマ性はそんじょ其処等のものとは違うように思える。明らかに他を凌駕している。ポピュラー音楽の先端を闊歩しているような感じ。はは〜Gaga様。決して逆らいませんから〜みたいな。でも少し強引かな。癖になるけど心底痺れていない自分がどこかに居るような気がしてしまう…が、しかし、彼女の後に彼らを聴くと…「あれ？Gagaって所詮そのレベル？？？」みたいな…これだけのキャリアがあっても決して奢ることなく謙虚な気持ちで常にフロンティア精神に充ち溢れた…熟練された味わいと初々しく溌剌とした元気なロックが息づいていていて…こんな素晴らしいグループを知らずして流行ばかり追っていても後で何も残らないだろうな…気がした。勘違いしてんかな、俺は？？？

80年以降出された作品では最高作だと思う。サウンドはモダンでいい意味でキャッチーだし、クールで渋いストーンズ味も満載である。80年代の様な浮ついた軽薄感は微塵もない。”ジジイの割にはやるな！”というのは不当な評価だ。現在進行形の現役感バリバリな傑作！

”名盤” ”悪名高きRolling Stones” の才能は過小評価されている。 彼らは、69年以降ハードワークを強要され続けて来た。その証拠に 1989年以降の彼らの作品には 駄作 が 1作も無いという事実がある。本作は MIX が モダンすぎて 不評 を借っているが、高品質な楽曲で埋められた 非の打ち処の無いアルバムだ。 本作は 彼らの キャリア/スタイル は 90年代でも十分通用する事を証明して魅せた。
