高校生の時、ラジオから流れてくるジョニー・マティスの’ミスティー’を初めて聴いて、驚くとともに彼のファンになった。何とかレコードを体に入れたくて、輸入盤を探して入手したものでした。録音も、ワンポイント時代の広がりのある聞きやすさがあり、万人にお勧めできます。こんなすばらしい音源が、簡単に手に入れる時代がくるとは思いませんでした。
