Content Description

"Heroes" is an American science fiction drama TV series created by Tim Kring, which premiered on NBC. The story is about ordinary individuals who discover that they have superhuman abilities. They adapt to the changes of what these abilities bring, and they tries to prevent catastrophes as well as saving humanity.

The series was produced by Universal Media Studios in association with Tailwind Productions. It was filmed primarily in Los Angeles, California. The executive producers were Allan Arkush, Dennis Hammer, Greg Beeman and Tim Kring.

この作品に限ったことではないが、洋画が世界初ロードショーを日本で行うこのご時世に、何で海外TVドラマに本国と1年もの時差が生じるのか不思議だ。多くのファンの興味はすでにシーズン3に移っているだろうし、私はシーズン3のストーリーをネットで入手している。いまさらシーズン2でもないような気分なのだ。これでシーズン3の日本での放映とDVD発売が来年の今頃かと思うと完全に冷めている気がする。作品は面白いだけに本当にもったいない。
