この前後からエディ・ヘイゼルが諸々の理由で（クスリ、ソロ契約、ギャラなどなど）Pファンク一線から外れ、マイケル・ハンプトンがかわりに加入した74年リリースの通算6作目。ジョージはパーラメントがメジャー契約決まり(同年にパーラ「Up For The Down Stroke」をリリース）、ふたつの名義を使いわけ大活躍。のっけの"Red Hot Mama"から完全にロック、レッド･ツェッペリンかと思わせるくらいカッチョイイ"Alice In My Fantasies"、壮絶裏声ファンク"Sexy Ways"、出だしから鳥肌立つようなブレイクの"Standing On The Verge Of Getting It On"、12分20秒も延々とギター音が垂れ流される"Good Thoughts, Bad Thoughts"に至ってはもはや降参としかいいようがないだろう。ファンク・ファンだけでなく、ジミヘン、スライ、ツェッペリン近辺の音が好きならど真ん中な1枚だ。
